Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director of Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth across Data & Insights. You will partner with Business Development and internal teams to align client and company objectives, delivering measurable value and long-term partnerships.

Lead with SME expertise in clinical trial data, analytics products, dashboards, and reporting solutions, while guiding go-to-market messaging and client communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (clinical trial data, RWD/RWE, EHR/claims) with SME for the Data & Insights team.
• Experience using CRM and client success platforms to drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Serves as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and builds trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Oversees development and execution of client experience and success plans, renewal strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion and supports business development with solutioning and proposals.
