Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience with analytics/BI tools and translating data into client value.
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy.
• Leads client-facing marketing/operations in Data & Insights.
• Directs resolution of complex business problems spanning client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Defines and tracks KPI related to client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Acts as SME for Data & Insights and translates analytics into client value.
