Job summary

WCG seeks a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints, driving client satisfaction and growth through proactive relationship management and SME-level analytics.

You will partner with Business Development and internal teams, lead post-sale client success strategies, align client and company objectives, and deliver measurable value and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred
• Experience with clinical trial and healthcare data is desirable

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and align client objectives with capabilities
• Lead and develop client experience, marketing, and operations plans
• Standardize and implement best practices for client experience functions
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and client value realization
• Translate analytic capabilities into client-facing value propositions
