Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader for Client Delivery Data & Insights to ensure seamless client experiences and strategic partnership growth. You’ll drive client satisfaction, retention, and value delivery across Data & Insights initiatives.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong analytics leadership to shape the analytics roadmap and ensure regulatory and data governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading client success or similar roles in data/analytics.
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR and FDA-related data practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and align objectives.
• Lead client experience strategy, renewal strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Drive adoption, value delivery, and measurable outcomes across Data & Insights.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
