WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions, to ensure seamless client experience and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth across Data & Insights teams.

This role partners with BD, internal teams, and executives to align client and company objectives with measurable value. The position requires 8+ years in business development support or client experience, with leadership exposure, and expertise in clinical trial data, CRM, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/MS preferred.
• Experience in clinical data/analytics is required; strong leadership and client-management skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics/BI tools and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals.
• Leads and develops client-facing marketing/operations supporting Data & Insights.
• Directs resolution of complex business problems spanning client experience, marketing and operations.
• Defines and tracks KPIs for client satisfaction, retention, expansion and NPS.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion and ensures client value delivery.
