Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions, to drive client satisfaction and growth across Data & Insights.

You will partner with Business Development and internal teams to deliver value and strategic plans, leading a cross-functional organization in a remote setting. You will act as a senior SME for clinical trial data, analytics products, and reporting, while shaping the analytics roadmap and ensuring FDA/privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development support, commercial ops, or client experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Subject matter expert in clinical trial data and analytics, with SME in Data & Insights.
• Experience translating analytics into clear business recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as strategic advisor.
• Oversee client experience plans, renewals, and risk mitigation.
• Drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and value realization for clients.
