The role ensures a seamless client experience across touchpoints, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management and operational excellence. It requires strategic leadership across Data & Insights, Business Development, and internal teams to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA/MPH/MS preferred.
• 8+ years in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and align client objectives with capabilities.
• Lead client experience, marketing, and operations planning and governance.
• Standardize best practices for client experience, support, and account management.
• Drive growth, adoption, and measurable outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal planning and product discussions.
