Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions. You will ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints, drive satisfaction, retention, and growth by leading cross-functional teams and strategic planning.

You will partner with Business Development, Data & Insights, and other internal teams to deliver measurable value, manage post-sale strategies, and align client and company objectives for long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Leads the client-facing marketing/operations function and owns the annual business plan for client experience.
• Directs resolution of complex business problems across client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Defines and tracks KPIs for client satisfaction, retention, expansion, and overall experience.
• Provides SME guidance in data and analytics and shapes the analytics roadmap.
