Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across top enterprise accounts. You will architect and deploy CIAM solutions, guide post-sales deployments, and enable developers with modern front-end patterns.

In this hybrid, remote-enabled role, you will partner with enterprise engineering, SI partners, and Auth0 Product Management to close technical wins, iterate NPIs, and influence the product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level Auth0 CIAM knowledge and patterns, including high-volume user management.
• Experience with global System Integrators and multi-year identity transformation programs.
• Full-stack development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to senior engineering leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic architectural advisory with top G2K enterprise customers to define patterns.
• Pre-Sales and NPI launch support with PoCs and early-adopter demos.
• Collaborate with global SIs to design scalable deployment blueprints.
• Provide developer enablement through guidance on Auth0 Actions and patterns.
• Serve as liaison between customers and product management to guide roadmaps.
• Create reusable code samples and enablement guides for field teams.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate code generation and documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements as principal escalation point.
