Job summary

Cartier in Las Vegas is seeking a channel sales leader to develop and execute strategies across direct, online, and retail channels. You will identify opportunities, set targets, and drive performance while managing partner relationships and training programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree with extensive leadership experience, plus the ability to supervise junior staff and oversee complex contracts and pricing initiatives. A commission-based component is included.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with channel partners and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive target attainment.
• Oversee CRM implementation and opportunities for system improvement.
• Develop product education courses and training for partners.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
