Job summary

Cartier North America in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead client relationships, drive sales, and implement proactive strategies. You will partner with boutique leadership and corporate teams to achieve store objectives and nurture VIP clients.

The role requires 8–10 years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong leadership, direct-report management, and SAP familiarity. This is a full-time, on-site position in Las Vegas with weekend hours and events.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in management, luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Preferred SAP experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and drive memorable experiences.
• Drive sales targets and KPIs with care team.

• Oversee boutique operations and controllable costs.
• Prepare regular sales reporting and analysis.

• Manage visiting stylists and press shoots.
