Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proven success leading multiple locations with P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, build high-performing teams, and develop strong succession pipelines.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail, clienteling, omnichannel strategy, and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Additional language skills and SAP experience are a plus.
• Flexibility to travel and work retail hours, including weekends and client events, as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple boutiques, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences.
• Coach Boutique Directors, strengthen leadership capability, champion succession planning, and create opportunities for talent development across Cartier and Richemont.
• Champion hospitality, clienteling, and omnichannel experiences to elevate the luxury client journey and align regional strategy with corporate priorities.
• Serve as a trusted ambassador for Cartier, building partnerships across boutiques and leadership teams to create value beyond the local market.
