Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across North America. You will align with Rubrik’s Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing and field operations to drive revenue growth and partner-driven opportunities.

Ideal candidates have experience in the data management and protection market, strong partner relationships, and the ability to lead multi-party engagements and events with partners and end-customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales or partner management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data management, data protection, or storage markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow channel business through partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation activities.
• Train partner field sales/SE staff and coordinate with Rubrik accounts teams to drive Partner Initiated Deals.
