Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across North America. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable partners, drive sales acceleration, and generate pipeline while expanding partner initiatives and co-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing channel partner programs and pipelines.
• Ability to train and enable partner sales teams to accelerate deals.
• Strong networking with regional and national partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow channel business through partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Manage and expand distribution and regional partners to improve market coverage.
• Coordinate account mappings, interlocks, and meetings with Rubrik staff and partners.
• Lead partner trainings and events to drive joint selling with Rubrik.
