Motorola Solutions in Chicago, IL seeks a Channel Engagement Manager to guide channel partners across sales, technical, and operational needs in the Western Territory. You’ll coordinate internal resources, draft SOWs with dealers, and facilitate project execution with customers, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes and partner success.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in PM/Field Eng/Customer Support or 7+ years in these areas; 25–50% travel; and experience coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Project Management, Field Engineering, or customer service; OR 7+ years in these areas.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to support channel activities and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for channel partners and dealers to support business needs.
• Coordinate internal resources (Technical Support and Engineering) to resolve partner and customer issues and support open cases.
• Draft and finalize Statements of Work (SOW) and design plans with dealers for end customers.
• Facilitate project execution with partners and customers, including technical discussions and design reviews.
