Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Engagement Manager to strengthen relationships with channel partners in the Western Territory. You will coordinate sales, technical, and operational aspects, resolve issues, and support project execution from pre-sales to post-sale.

Responsibilities include drafting SOWs, facilitating design discussions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance on-site. Travel up to 25-50% is expected; base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Field Engineering, customer service, or customer support.
• Or 7+ years of experience in the same areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for channel partners and dealers.
• Coordinate with internal resources to resolve partner and customer issues and support open cases.
• Draft and finalize Statements of Work (SOW) and design plans for end customers.
• Facilitate quoting processes with COEE and discuss subscriber type and quantity with channel partners.
• Coordinate on-site activities and logistics for major post-sale projects and ensure safety training requirements are met.
