Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies seeks a Training Lead to develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational change management initiatives. You will conduct needs assessments, create materials, and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions to diverse teams.

Collaborating with OCM leads and stakeholders, you will track effectiveness, maintain documentation, and drive adoption through structured learning paths and proactive communications across impacted employees.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in organizational change management, training, learning and development, or related roles.
• Experience leading training workstreams for business transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing training content, user manuals, job aids, and learning materials.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training activities, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with organizational change management initiatives.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning gaps across impacted teams.
• Create training materials, user guides, presentations, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with OCM leads, project managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Support change impact assessments and align training plans with project milestones.
• Develop training schedules, learning paths, and communication plans for impacted employees.
• Track training attendance, completion rates, learner feedback, and training effectiveness.
• Support user readiness, adoption activities, and post-implementation training.
• Identify resistance to change and work with stakeholders to improve engagement and adoption.
• Maintain training documentation and provide regular progress updates to project leadership.
