Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and coordinate an Operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to support business objectives, and you will work on strategic imperatives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions.

You will design content for internal staff and external customers, create learner journeys, and manage New Hire Orientation and refresher

Qualifications

• Healthcare industry knowledge including pre-authorization, utilization reviews, medical claims processing and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and measure success to support Operations.
• Design and implement content using various learning modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on roles, competencies, and needs.
• Develop content addressing skill gaps and process changes.
• Own New Hire Orientation and collaborate on department-specific orientations.
• Identify weaknesses and deliver refresher training with SMEs and leaders.
• Deliver training for new hires and refreshers across operations.
• Track progress and ensure training translates into on-the-job performance.
• Make training engaging with workshops, retreats, and gamification.
• Support change enablement strategies and corporate projects with training.
