Job summary

Axinn LLP seeks a Firmwide Technology Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate technology training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. The role partners with IT, HR, and leadership to support onboarding, professional development, and firm change initiatives.

The ideal candidate translates complex tech concepts into practical, user-friendly training and thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three or more years designing and delivering technology or professional skills training.
• Experience developing instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training.
• Experience administering an LMS.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technology training.
• Facilitate New Hire Technology Orientation for attorneys and staff.
• Create structured learning paths for onboarding and skills development.
• Deliver training sessions tailored to varying experience levels.
• Assess training needs through stakeholder feedback and performance trends.
• Maintain training content and LMS materials.
• Collaborate with IT and HR on training strategies and change initiatives.
• Stay current on adult learning principles and learning technologies.
