Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to join our team. You will design and deliver comprehensive change and training programs for complex systems, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation skills, and expertise in LMS and e-learning tools to ensure successful adoption and ongoing learning. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Design and implement an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs covering system operations, reconciliation, audit and maintenance.
• Create curricula, instructor guides, and user materials for diverse audiences (staff and management).
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure materials reflect latest system functionality and processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to ensure adoption.
