Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to join our team in the United States. You will design and deliver a comprehensive OCM strategy and training program aligned with large-scale enterprise system deployments.

Role requires 7+ years in public sector change management or training, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with LMS and e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• Design and implement an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of the system, including operations, financial reconciliation, audit, and maintenance.
• Create training curricula, instructor guides, and user materials tailored to diverse audiences (e.g. operational staff, and management).
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
