Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Senior Manager of Enablement Learning Experience to turn business needs into high-impact learning for sales teams across the United States. This role transcends traditional instructional design, combining sales knowledge with adult-learning expertise to build scalable, digital and live learning experiences.

You will architect learning journeys, partner with SMEs, and drive practical, outcome-focused programs across Enablement, Global Programs, and Field Readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related enablement function.
• Demonstrated experience building enablement programs and learning experiences, not just managing vendors or instructional designers.
• Strong hands-on expertise with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise) and multimedia content creation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and information design for executive-level presentations.
• Experience with LMS platforms and sales enablement tools; Seismic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging self-paced learning experiences translating complex concepts into practical knowledge.
• Build digital learning using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise or similar tools.
• Create/edit video, audio, graphics, presentations to support modern learning.
• Develop polished PowerPoint decks and facilitator materials for live/virtual enablement.
• Create scalable assets and performance-support resources; ensure relevance to the sales environment.
• Lead learning journeys blending self-paced, live workshops, practice, reinforcement, and manager involvement.
