Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and coordinate the Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned to business strategy.

You will create end-to-end training roadmaps, ensure policy execution across diverse locations, and leverage tools like Articulate/Captivate/Eloomi to enhance learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and implement training content using various learning modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competencies; update and refresh New Hire Orientation.
• Track progress, measure effectiveness and improve training programs across operations.
