Job summary

ADP is hiring a Program Manager – Change Management to lead change initiatives across multiple, complex projects within HRO. You will partner with matrixed resources and Enablement leaders to drive program benefits and stakeholder alignment.

The role focuses on coaching leaders, developing change strategies, and delivering training and communications that support adoption and business results in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education & experience.
• 5+ years related experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, PM or similar.
• Experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
• Ability to guide others and drive collaboration with internal partners.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business realization of strategic objectives through change management support of multiple, strategically aligned projects.
• Serve as a project owner and inform stakeholder groups about change milestones.
• Prepare and coach people leaders and change agent networks to adopt change.
• Advise on structured change management strategy based on situational awareness.
• Provide consulting on change leadership best practices to senior leaders.
• Develop and implement communications plans for change initiatives.
• Drive results across matrixed teams to realize program objectives.
