ADP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic technology and operational transformation initiatives within Service Operations. This role drives multiple programs across technology, process, and organizational domains to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines program management expertise with technical acumen, partnering with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and operations to translate strategy into action and maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large‑scale workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, systems integration, and enterprise applications.
• Proven success driving business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across disparate business and technology domains.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance models, success metrics, and executive‑level reporting.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and decision points.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Operations teams to deliver technology‑enabled solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve associate and client experiences.
• Lead efforts to simplify workflows, standardize practices, and reduce operational complexity.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Establish clear success measures and monitor adoption, performance, and financial impact.
