Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Change Management Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across our Operations portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Operations and blends PMO processes with structured change management frameworks.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive adoption, coach sponsors, and align communications, training, and risk mitigation across multiple projects in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, with 2-3 years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges Transition Model).
• Hands-on experience with PMO structures in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured change management strategies using industry-standard frameworks.
• Integrate change plans into PMO and Agile project delivery schedules.
• Coach C-suite and senior leaders as effective change sponsors; lead cross-functional networks.
• Collaborate with Communications and L&D to design trainings and drive adoption.
