Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic technology and operational transformation initiatives within Service Operations. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Operations teams to translate strategy into scalable, tech-enabled solutions and drive measurable business value.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of program management experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex transformations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program management leading complex initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, systems integration, and enterprise applications.
• Proven success driving business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Manage multiple workstreams across diverse business and technology domains.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance models, success metrics, and executive reporting.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
