Job summary

ADP is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure on-time delivery of critical roadmap milestones. You will lead diverse teams and report to key stakeholders with clear status updates.

The role requires 10+ years of program management, strong communication and the ability to work with C-level executives. You will develop program plans, manage risks, and maintain executive briefing materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' program management experience.
• Experience with industry standard program management techniques, tools and best practices.
• Experience managing complex programs with integration across multiple work streams, suppliers and customers.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements.
• Logical approach to improving processes and solving problems.
• Experience with non-technical, process and operations-related programs.
• Proven experience working with C-level executives to develop and communicate strategy goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day program execution and directs issue resolution.
• Develops and maintains presentation material for leadership reviews and key milestones.
• Collects, analyzes data and tracks metrics to report progress.
• Develops executive level briefings and enables collaboration.
• Manages program schedule and budget and negotiates changes.
• Maintains positive internal customer relationships and ensures satisfaction.
• Leads risk management and implements mitigation strategies.
• Ensures timely resolution of issues across programs.
