Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience with industry standard program management techniques, tools and best practices.
• Experience managing complex programs with integration across multiple work streams, suppliers and customer resources.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements.
• Uses a logical approach to improve processes and solve problems.
• Experience with non-technical, process and operations-related programs is required.
• Experience supporting a GM and communicating strategy goals with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day program execution, directing issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Develops and maintains executive-level briefing materials and schedules milestones.
• Tracks program budget and schedule, reporting status to stakeholders and adapting plans as needed.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates inputs from Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Implementation, Service, legal and finance.
• Builds and sustains positive internal customer relationships to achieve outcomes.
