Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Program Lead, Strategic CDN Accounts to shape and execute account strategies for high-priority customers in content delivery and performance markets.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership across Cloudflare to develop actionable plans, coordinate executive engagement, and drive measurable growth across national priority accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic account planning, GTM strategy, business operations, or related roles.
• Experience turning customer, market, or competitive insight into commercial strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and program-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-quarter strategic account plans for priority CDN customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities using customer, market, and product insights.
• Coordinate executive engagement and cross-functional execution with internal teams.
• Translate customer priorities into differentiated Cloudflare messaging and plans.
• Establish governance rhythms, reviews, and action trackers for progress.
• Track outcomes, risks, and next steps, adjusting plans as needed.
