Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation team, focusing on Technical Programs. You will help technical teams identify opportunities, organize GTM work, and turn high‑value engagements into scalable programs and operating rhythms.

The role emphasizes technical fluency and collaboration with Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, and GTM leadership to drive measurable outcomes and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM strategy, operations, revenue ops, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience working with technical customer-facing teams such as Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, or Developer relations.
• Strong technical fluency to understand customer architectures and implementation tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale technical programs: design proactive programs for technical GTM teams and turn ad hoc motions into repeatable playbooks and rhythms.
• Coordinate strategic customer engagement: project manage high-priority customer initiatives requiring GTM support with clear goals and timelines.
• Plan and scale technical onsite visits: design planning model for strategic customer onsites including intake, agenda, staffing, and measurement.
• Improve prioritization and visibility: maintain a clear view of active engagements, blockers, outcomes, and resourcing; partner on dashboards and reviews.
• Support Professional Services packaging and commercialization: collaborate on pricing, business cases, rollout plans, and feedback loops for offerings.
• Incubate and launch new technical programs: lead high-priority projects and turn activities into measurable programs with durable ownership.
