Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Solution Strategy Lead to act as the trusted advisor bridging pre-sales and account teams, mapping customer ecosystems and driving platform adoption across Cloudflare’s edge and AI offerings.

You will lead strategic engagements with 1–5 high-value accounts, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver implementation roadmaps and measurable outcomes. This is a senior, non hands-on role focused on business impact and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Engineering Leadership, Product Management, Consulting, or Technical Strategy within a global SaaS or infrastructure environment.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level executives and internal product leads.
• Relentless curiosity about how things work and how they could be better.
• Bias for action; comfortable in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
• Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific adoption plans across App Modernization, Developer, and AI; map workloads to Cloudflare capabilities and define milestones.
• Coordinate SE, CS, and Product resources against adoption milestones and align on customer priorities.
• Build relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Platform Architects; engage technical decision-makers on platform strategy.
• Identify and qualify platform expansion opportunities; hand off to CD when commercial-ready.
• Provide quarterly briefings on adoption patterns, blockers, and feature needs to product and customer executives.
