Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy Senior Principal / Director for Consumption Operations. This hybrid role focuses on shaping how Cloudflare measures, plans, and grows consumption across GTM, aligning Pricing, Finance, Product, and Sales leadership for a unified approach.

You will lead the metrics, enable the field, and drive cross-functional coordination, leveraging AI to enhance reporting and ongoing optimization.

Competenze

• 12+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, sales planning, or sales transformation.
• Proven record of running multi-team programs and launching new metrics, processes, or tools.
• Experience with territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Define the Consumption metric and multi-year roadmap with executive-level trade-offs.
• Set central methodology for Consumption targets and connect to annual capacity plan.
• Draft and enforce Rules of Engagement for account ownership and cross-geo crediting.
• Partner with Pricing, Deal Desk, and Developer Platform for field readiness of new motions.
• Coordinate the integrated plan, go-live readiness, and cross-functional cadence.
• Lead enablement and onboarding; drive continuous improvement after launch.
• Set priorities for Data and Operations Specialist and leverage AI for reporting & analysis.
