Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in project or program management in pharma CMO/CDMO.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects (tech transfers, launches, continuity).
• Strong cross-functional pharma workflows knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing CDMO/CMO projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-site with Operations teams in MN and Israel.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and risks.
• Drive internal CDMO process improvements and governance.
• Manage milestones and invoicing alignment with Finance.
