Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team in early 2027. This role blends customer engagement with internal execution, leading client programs and internal CDMO process improvements to scale the business.

You will coordinate cross-site activities with Ops teams in Minnesota and Israel, drive end-to-end project plans, manage risks and milestones, and ensure on-time invoicing and clear communications with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely regulated environment.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects, including tech transfers or product launches.
• Strong cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows across Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with structure and follow-through.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership: act as primary contact and provide structured updates.
• Cross-site coordination with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel.
• End-to-end project management with detailed plans covering scope, milestones, risks and actions.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects to improve processes, governance, and tools.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support commercial handoff from opportunity to execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare status reports, logs, and trackers to improve visibility and alignment.
• Coordinate milestones and invoicing to ensure timely billing for work performed.
