Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to lead customer-facing programs and internal CDMO initiatives. You will partner with Operations teams in Minnesota and Israel to align manufacturing readiness, timelines, and risks, while building scalable processes.

This role drives end-to-end project plans, milestones, and invoicing with Finance to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma project management, strong cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in project/program management in pharma CMO/CDMO or similar regulated setting.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, incl. tech transfers or launches.
• Strong cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows and interaction with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects with discipline.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership for CDMO/CMO programs.
• Cross-site coordination with Minnesota and Israel teams.
• End-to-end project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, actions.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects for governance, tools, processes.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans.
• Commercial handoff and execution support with leadership.
• Reporting and documentation including updates and trackers.
• Milestone-linked invoicing coordination with Finance.
