Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to drive customer-facing programs and internal CDMO process improvements. The role collaborates with Operations in Minnesota and Israel, and will manage launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project or program management in pharma CMO/CDMO or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects (tech transfers, launches or supply continuity).
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure and follow-through.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
