Job summary

Padagis seeks a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to drive customer-facing programs and lead internal CDMO improvements. This role interfaces with Operations teams in Minnesota and Israel to ensure manufacturing readiness and timely execution of launches and transfers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated pharma project management, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and fluency in project planning and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally involving tech transfers, new product introductions, commercial launches, or supply continuity efforts.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and interaction in commercial manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with structure, discipline, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office applications (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership: act as primary project contact for assigned CDMO/CMO customers and provide structured updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-site coordination: align with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel on manufacturing readiness, timelines, priorities, risks, and execution.
• End-to-end project management: build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across launches and ongoing commercial activities.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects: manage internal projects to build CDMO processes, governance, tools, and scalable operating model.
• Issue and risk management: identify bottlenecks, trade-offs, and risks and drive mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
• Commercial handoff and execution support: ensure smooth transition from signed opportunity to active execution with clear accountability.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare customer updates, internal status reports, logs, and trackers to improve visibility and alignment.
• Milestone and invoicing coordination: link milestones with commercial terms and coordinate with Finance/Commercial for timely invoicing.
