Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. The role blends customer engagement with internal execution across launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities.

The ideal candidate will lead customer-facing programs while also managing internal CDMO initiatives to improve processes, governance, tools, and cross-functional ways of working as the business scales, including coordinating with Minnesota and Israel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally involving tech transfers, new product introductions, or launches.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with structure and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills for discussions with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PM tools and standard office apps (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project contact for assigned CDMO/CMO customers, providing structured updates and managing expectations.
• Partner with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel to align on manufacturing readiness and timelines.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Manage internal CDMO projects to improve processes, governance, tools, and ways of working.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, driving mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
• Support transition from opportunity to active execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare customer updates and internal status reports, action logs and trackers.
• Coordinate milestones with Finance/Commercial for on-time invoicing.
