Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. You will lead customer-facing programs and a portfolio of internal CDMO initiatives, driving governance, tools, and scalable processes across functions.

The role requires a strong track record in pharma project management, excellent communication with external customers and internal stakeholders, and the ability to coordinate across sites (Minnesota and Israel) to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally involving tech transfers, new product introductions, commercial launches, or supply continuity efforts.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and how they interact in commercial manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure, discipline, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in managing discussions with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office applications (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership: act as the primary project contact for assigned CDMO/CMO customers, providing updates and ensuring a professional experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Cross-site coordination: partner with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel to align on manufacturing readiness, timelines, priorities, risks, and execution.
• End-to-end project management: build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across launches, supply initiatives, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects: manage internal projects that support building out CDMO processes, governance, tools, and ways of working.
• Issue and risk management: identify bottlenecks and risks, drive mitigation plans for on-time delivery and customer experience.
• Commercial handoff and execution support: ensure effective transition from signed opportunity to active execution with clear accountability.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare updates, internal status reports, action logs, and decision trackers.
• Milestone and invoicing coordination: link milestones with terms; coordinate with Finance/Commercial for timely invoices.
