Job summary

Padagis seeks a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to drive customer-facing programs and lead internal CDMO initiatives. You will coordinate with Operations teams in Minnesota and Israel to ensure manufacturing readiness, timelines, and delivery across launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities.

The role requires managing complex projects with multi-stakeholder teams, delivering structured updates, and ensuring timely invoicing in alignment with milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally involving tech transfers, new product introductions, or commercial launches.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and how they interact in commercial manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure, discipline, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in managing discussions with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office applications (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership: act as the primary project contact for assigned CDMO/CMO customers and provide structured updates.
• Cross-site coordination: partner with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel to align on manufacturing readiness and execution.
• End-to-end project management: build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, and actions across launches and commercial activities.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects: manage internal projects to improve CDMO processes, governance and tools.
• Issue and risk management: identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans to support on-time delivery.
• Commercial handoff and execution support: ensure smooth transition from opportunity to active execution with accountability.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare customer updates, internal status reports, and decision trackers.
• Milestone and invoicing coordination: link milestones to commercial terms and coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing.
