Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team in early 2027. The role blends customer engagement with internal execution and includes leading internal CDMO projects to improve processes, governance, and cross-functional ways of working as we scale.

Ideal candidates will manage customer-facing programs and collaborate with Operations at sites in Minnesota and Israel to align on manufacturing readiness, timelines, risks, and execution across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project or program management within pharma/regulated environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, incl. launches or tech transfers.
• Strong cross-functional understanding of pharma workflows (Ops, QA, Regulatory, Supply).
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects with discipline.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership with structured updates and proactive status.
• Coordinate across Operations and sites in MN and Israel for readiness and timing.
• Develop end-to-end project plans with milestones and risks.
• Lead internal CDMO build-out projects for governance and tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, ensure on-time delivery.
• Support commercial handoff from opportunities to execution.
• Prepare status reports, logs, and trackers for visibility.
• Link milestones to commercial terms; coordinate invoicing with Finance.
