Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to lead customer-facing programs and internal CDMO initiatives. You will manage end-to-end projects across launches, tech transfers, and commercial activities, coordinating with Operations teams in Minnesota and Israel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project or program management in pharma CMO/CDMO or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects involving tech transfers or launches.
• Strong cross-functional Pharma/CMO workflows across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with structure and follow-through.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing project management for CDMO/CMO programs from initiation through execution.
• Coordinate cross-site activities with Operations and site teams in MN and Israel for manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans for launches, transfers and ongoing commercial work.
• Drive internal CDMO build-out projects to enhance processes, governance, and tools.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
• Ensure smooth commercial handoff from opportunity to execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare updates, status reports, and decision logs for visibility and governance.
• Link milestones to commercial terms; coordinate invoicing with Finance.
