Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. You will lead customer-facing programs and a portfolio of internal CDMO initiatives to scale the business, strengthen governance, and enhance cross-functional ways of working.

In this role you will partner with Operations and site teams across Minnesota and Israel, build comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery for launches, tech transfers, and

Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience in pharma CDMO/CDMO or closely regulated manufacturing.
Experience managing customer-facing projects, incl. tech transfers, launches, or continuity efforts.
Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Customer-facing project leadership with structured updates and status reporting.
Coordinate across Operations and site teams in multiple locations for readiness and execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and risks.
Lead internal CDMO build-out projects for governance, tools, and processes.
Identify bottlenecks and risks; drive mitigation for timely delivery.
Support commercial handoffs from opportunity to active execution.
Prepare updates, logs, and trackers to improve visibility and alignment.
Link milestones to commercial terms; coordinate invoicing with Finance.
