Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) seeks a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs for NCLH, Oceania, and Regent brands.

This role builds pipelines, negotiates terms, and drives guest acquisition across the portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Director Casino Business Development and requires a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management across marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, partnerships, loyalty marketing, or related commercial role.
• Proven success acquiring new accounts and growing complex partnerships with measurable revenue.
• Relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the casino region.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

• Build a territory development plan prioritizing casino operators and properties by player quality and loyalty program strength.
• Develop relationships with presidents, GMs, CMOs, casino marketing leaders, and loyalty decision makers.
• Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through discovery, visits, events, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop partner-specific business cases and proposals defining target player, commercial model, and expected return.
• Support negotiations of terms and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and others.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in CRM.
• Serve as primary commercial relationship owner for assigned casino partners and establish regular cadence with leadership.
• Assess partner segments, reinvestment strategy, offer architecture, loyalty economics, and promotional calendars for incremental value.
