Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in casino marketing, partnerships, loyalty, or related roles.
• Experience acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino partnerships with measurable revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Build territory development plans prioritizing casino operators and properties by loyalty program strength and revenue potential.
• Develop relationships with key executives (presidents, general managers, CMOs) and drive opportunities from discovery to launch.
• Craft partner-specific business cases outlining target players, commercial model, marketing commitments, and operating requirements.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate approvals with finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM system.
• Deliver regular business reviews and provide partner-facing training and materials to ensure successful program execution.
