Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire and grow partnerships with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and loyalty programs across the NCLH brands.

You will build a robust territory pipeline and convert relationships into profitable guest acquisition for NCLH, Oceania, and Regent brands. You will lead negotiations, develop business cases, and coordinate with leadership and internal teams to deliver partner value and impact across

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a related commercial role.
Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

New Partner Development: build territory plans, develop relationships with executives, originate and advance opportunities, and prepare partner-focused business cases.
Partner Growth and Consulting: own commercial relationships, assess partner strategies, design loyalty programs, and drive guest value and profitability.
Commercial Performance: deliver annual partner goals, monitor metrics, forecast revenue, and identify actions to close gaps.
Program Execution: coordinate cross-functional launch plans, manage communications, and resolve issues to protect partner confidence.
Market Intelligence and Governance: track market developments, share insights, ensure program compliance.
