Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in casino marketing, player development, or partnerships.
• Experience acquiring and growing complex casino or hospitality partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and ROI analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build territory development plans and prioritize casino partners by potential value.
• Develop relationships with senior casino leadership and decision makers.
• Originate and qualify new partnership opportunities and craft business cases.
