Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, loyalty marketing, or related commercial role.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino or hospitality partnerships toward measurable revenue goals.
• Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the assigned casino region.
• Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action.

Responsibilities

• New Partner Development: build territory plans, identify target operators, and develop business cases for partnerships.
• Partner Growth and Consulting: own commercial relationships and design loyalty programs and promotional calendars.
• Commercial Performance: deliver annual partner goals, monitor metrics, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Program Execution: coordinate cross-functional teams to launch and operate partner programs and events.
• Market Intelligence and Governance: track competitor partnerships and ensure compliance with terms and policies.
