Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience in a related field.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, partnerships, or loyalty programs.
Experience developing financial proposals and forecasting revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop territory development plans and prioritize casino operators and properties.
Build relationships with senior casino leaders and loyalty decision makers.
Originate, qualify and advance partnership opportunities through discovery and outreach.
Create partner-specific business cases, proposals, and commercial terms.
Coordinate internal approvals and manage partner programs end-to-end.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM.
